Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my priority. Therefore, if for any reason, you don't like your item or the item is defective but not due to the way the mail service handled it, you can return it within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving it. After I get the order back, I will then give a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Please contact me BEFORE returning an item.

NOTE: Once I receive the item back in its original condition I will exchange or refund the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Package the item in the same manner it was sent and return it with a tracking number to ensure items are not damaged or lost on the return trip. We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. 

Please note, I am not responsible for return shipping costs.

NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WHO REFUSE PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOM FEES OR ANY OTHER REASON. 

**International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.**
